To search for non-government forms, such as business documents and real estate transactions, it is best to use library resources such as the Pennsylvania Transaction Guide, Advising the Small Business, Entertainment Law: Forms and Analysis, Anatomy of Mortgage Loan Documents, and Pennsylvania Fiduciary Guide: A Handbook for Executors and Administrators.
