Pennsylvania's legislature, the General Assembly, follows the standard two chamber format. The legislative term lasts for two years with all unenacted legislation dying at the end of this two year period. The Pennsylvania Manual lists the members of the General Assembly and reports some general information on the workings of this body.

Pennsylvania Manual

The Pennsylvania Department of General Services publishes the Pennsylvania Manual, a comprehensive biennial guide to Pennsylvania government. Included are features on Pennsylvania history, its constitution, as well as profiles and a descriptive directory of government officials from the executive, judicial, and legislative branches. The Pennsylvania Manual has been published by the Pennsylvania Government for over 200 years.
